To be an incorporator, an individual must be at least eighteen
(18) years of age, not bankrupt, and not incapable. An
incorporator can also be a company.
An incorporator will sign the company’s Articles of
Incorporation and the Initial Registered Office Address and
First Board of Directors forms and will be responsible for
organizing the new company and must also become a shareholder
of at least one share.
Only add incorporators who have not already been recorded as contact persons.
