GST and HST accounts are for remitting sales taxes collected on behalf of the government.

The Payroll Account is required to remit payroll taxes.

Import and Export Accounts are required for custom clearance purposes for companies that intend to import and or export goods.

A Provincial Workers Insurance Account is required for companies with employees to pay insurance compensation premiums into a pool from which the company’s employees can claim in case of work related in juries. The Ontario program is called the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB).
